We passed $10,000!
Thank you, Falcon families. That unlocks the laptops. Next stop: furniture and teacher training.

Help us turn an empty classroom into a hands-on robotics and coding lab for every Falcon in grades 3–8.

The story
Our students love to build. Last spring, 64 of them signed up for an after-school robotics club that had room for 20. We had to turn kids away, and that's the problem we want to fix.
The Robotics Lab will turn Room 114, an empty classroom since 2022, into a bright, hands-on space where every student in grades 3–8 gets real time with robots, sensors and code during the school day.
What your gift makes possible:
Every dollar stays at Maple Ridge, and every student gets a turn.
I want every kid here to know they can build something that moves.
Who this helps
412 students will get weekly lab time during the school day, plus a free after-school robotics club with room for everyone who signs up.

Our custodial team emptied and painted the room this weekend. It already feels like a lab.

Our community
“My son came home talking about coding for the first time ever. This is going to change things for so many kids.”
“Happy to support. Transparency on where the money goes made this an easy decision.”
“In honor of Mrs. Alvarez, who taught all three of our children to love learning.”
“Can’t wait to see what you build!”

Good to know
Yes. Maple Ridge Academy PTA is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, and the receipt we email you works for your tax records.
Every extra dollar goes to our stretch goal: entering a team in the regional robotics championship. If there’s anything left after that, it stays with the same program next year.
Absolutely. Drop a check made out to "Maple Ridge PTA" at the front office with "Robotics" in the memo line, and we’ll add it to the total.
Every student in grades 3–8 gets weekly lab time, plus the after-school club, which will now have room for everyone who signs up.
